I placed my order on my phone and the actual ordering part was easy enough, about the same as most other apps I use. The issue was the pickup time wasn’t very accurate, and by the time I got my food it was only kind of lukewarm. It wasn’t a bad experience, but compared to places that have the timing down better, this one could definitely use a little improvement

I had a really good visit at Milos Hamburgers. The staff was, uh, super polite and quick, and they seemed to really know what they were doing even though it was kind of busy. My order came out right, and they handled everything calmly. It’s just nice going somewhere where the people working seem organized and respectful. I’d definitely go back.

The food itself was fine, but the order being wrong was frustrating. I asked for no onions and they were still on there, and one of the drinks was missing too. I guess I expected it to be a simple order to get right, so having to dig through the whole bag after leaving was annoying. It’s even more frustrating because this isn’t the first time it’s happened

I stopped by Milo’s and mostly just wanted the sweet tea, it hit the spot. I’m a little picky with sweet tea because some places make it either watered down or way too sugary, and I’m not trying to drink something that feels like straight syrup.

This one tasted fresh, cold, and balanced, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely go back for it, especially if I just want something simple that I know won’t disappoint.

The place was okay overall, but it was loud and felt a little cramped. I also got the vibe that I was being kind of dismissed when I had a question, which made the experience less enjoyable.

What really bugs me is how they seem to lean on little policy loopholes whenever there's an issue, so instead of getting a clear fix, you just get bounced around. It's frustrating because it could be decent if it were more consistent

By the time it got here, everything was almost cold, and the fries were soggy in that sad, limp way where even the little crispy bits were gone. Ordering through miloshamburgers.com just didn’t feel worth it this time.

I was surprised the wait wasn’t long at all, especially around lunchtime. Everything moved fast, but I did find myself wishing the instructions were a little clearer so I knew exactly where to go and what to do.

I was not prepared for how good that signature sauce was. It basically stole the whole show and made every bite feel way more exciting than it had any right to be. I’d go back just for that sauce, no question.

I stopped here on my way home because the location is super convenient for me. It was an easy choice, and I can see why other people nearby would use it too

The food was totally fine!! No real complaints there... but the drink options were boring?? I was hoping for more choices, especially something besides soda. Ended up just getting water, which was okay, I guess... Not terrible or anything!!! Just kind of disappointing.
